LINCOLN (KPTM) - A level 3 sex offender in Lincoln finds himself in trouble again.

Police say 45-year-old Gregory Tyrrell entered the women's locker room at a Lincoln health club at least four times.

Police say Tyrrell entered LifePointe at least 4 times while exhibiting suspicious behavior.  On three occasions, he was seen entering the women's locker room while covered in towels (only his eyes and legs, from the knees down, showing). In August, he was seen at Madonna ProActive at least 6 times.

Tyrell was identified by employees and through surveillance video. He is a level three sex offender on parole until 2024 for a 1988 conviction of first degree sexual assault.
