Shelby, IA (KPTM) - The Pottawattamie sheriff needs your help finding an unlucky burglary suspect.

On July 8th, the suspect entered the Corn Crib Convenience Store in Shelby, Iowa and sprayed the security cameras with black paint.

Fortunately for investigators, he missed one.

He took cigarettes and an unknown amount of money.

A similar burglary was reported at Nelsen's Mini Mart in Avoca, where a suspect again sprayed the cameras and an ATM.

 Anyone with information should call the Pottawattamie County Sheriff at 890-2223.
