COUNCIL BLUFFS (KPTM) - A Council Bluffs man is charged with attempted murder after police say he stabbed his roommate during a fight Sunday night.
Police say 28-year-old Luis Lemos Cordoba was in a fight 29-year-old Pedro Gonzalez when he pulled out a knife and stabbed Gonzalez in the abdomen and arm.
Gonzalez was taken to the hospital by a witness, where he was taken into surgery. He is now in stable condition.
Police found Cordoba at the scene. He was taken to the Pottawattamie County Jail and booked on a charge of attempted murder.
