Cook yourself a wonderful dinner on the 1st. Sit down, light a candle, and enjoy every bite. If at all possible, do this alone: You are in need of some serious 'you' time. Get in some major nurturing and a good night's sleep and see if you don't feel a million times better afterwards. Don't let some mixed signals mix you up on the 4th and 5th. Do some deep breathing and check in with yourself to see where you're at, and stick with your boundaries. Heck, if you aren't up for a night on the town, just say 'no, thank you.' What about laying some ground, when it comes to your health and fitness on the 8th, 9th and 10th? Maybe if you changed up your routine (by, say, adding regular swimming sessions to your week) you would feel better, overall. It's definitely worth thinking about (and acting on!). On the 15th, Confront a relationship problem head-on. Help someone help you, then thank the heck out of them on the 20th and 21st. They'll be happy to have helped. Some wonderful days full of love and creativity and happiness and peace are in store for you on the 24th, 25th and 26th. Open that love letter on the 30th. Now giggle!
