OMAHA (KPTM) - Omaha police officers and homicide detectives are investigating a death in midtown.

A man was found dead on the driveway of a house in the area of 38th and Burt at about 6:30 Monday morning.

Police say the man had a gunshot wound, but would comment further. The investigation is ongoing.

Police are asking for any information from anyone who was in the area around 6:30am or sometime before that.
