Fremont (KPTM)- A man charged with sexual assault is in from of a Fremont Jury. Wednesday, the jury got to see a videotape of when Josh Keadle was questioned by police last year.
Keadle admitted on the tape that he took his pants off and laid down next to a woman, but he claims they didn't have sex.
The woman accusing him of rape testified in court today. She was 15 years old at the time. She admitted to drinking the night of the incident and having consensual sex with another man.
The victim said she fell asleep and was woken up by a man. She said they had sex and when she turned around, it was Keadle.
Keadle is charged with first-degree-sexual assault. The prosecution says this all took place at Midland University in Fremont. In 2008, Keadle was a student there.
The prosecution says Keadle and the other man were staying at an apartment there over Christmas Break.
He was arrested in connection with Peru State College Student, Tyler Thomas's disappearance.
He also was accused of raping a different woman in 2010, but the charges were dropped.
The trial will continue Thursday.
