OMAHA (KPTM)- An Omaha man was killed in an overnight motorcycle accident.
Police said 34-year-old Damon Wiegert crashed into a curbed median near 168th and Center around 1:00 Friday morning.
Witnesses said Wiegert turned southbound in the northbound traffic lanes and then swerved to the right and lost control.
Police said there was road construction going on and that there are signs that prohibit any right turns onto southbound 168th Street from Center.
Police are still investigating and say Wiegert was wearing a helmet.
