Woman Killed on Her Daily Walk in Council Bluffs

COUNCIL BLUFFS (KPTM)- Council Bluffs police said 63-Year-Old Mae Zhang was killed after being hit by a car.

Police said 21-Year-Old Sarah Harris was driving up a hill Thursday morning near Greenview Road and  Eagle Ridge Drive. Harris told police she didn't see Zhang because the sun was in her eyes.

Police are still investigating to see if speed was a factor. Harris has not been charged or arrested Thursday night.

Zhang's neighbor said the woman was on her daily walk.
