Memorial Fund Set Up In Blue Hill School Bus Crash

WEBSTER COUNTY, Neb (KPTM)- Four people were killed after a school bus and a tractor trailer crashed in Webster County, Nebraska Wednesday afternoon.
  
Travis Witte, 21, Blue Hill, the driver of the semi, Marla Wentworth, 59, Red Cloud, the driver of the school bus and two students riding the bus, Dustin Tesdahl, 18, Blue Hill and Caroline Thallman, 10, Blue Hill were killed in the crash. All four died at the scene of the accident.

The school bus belonged to the Blue Hill Community School District.

Five students were injured in the crash. One of them is a 7-year-old girl who was taken to Children's University and Medical Center in Omaha. She was in serious condition Thursday.

The sheriff's office also hasn't released any more details about the crash, saying the investigation is ongoing.

A Blue Hill 9/5/12 Memorial Fund has been set up at the South Central State Bank in Blue Hill NE. The money will be dispersed to the families who lost loved ones and those who where injured in the accident.
