BREAKING: Burned Body Found Near Linoma Beach

GRETNA, Neb (KPTM) - The Sarpy County Sheriff's Department says a burned body was found Monday morning near Linoma Beach.

The body was found when the department was called to the scene of a brush fire near 231st and Highway 6 just before 8am.

Deputies found the body in the area where the fire happened.

The department says the body has not been identified yet, and missing person reports from the area are being checked. Foul play is believed to be involved.
