E.M Souza releases inspirational poetry for personal growth

New York, NY (PRWEB) October 12, 2012

E.M. Souza’s appreciation of the works from literary greats like Anton Chekhov, Charles Dickens and Langston Hughes in their portrayal of life and the complexity of human nature, helped to develop her rhythmic passages and poetry, in her collection of motivational and encouraging pieces for everyday reading.

Using a contemporary spin on traditional verse writing, Souza generates new emotion and enthusiasm through her unique vignettes and poems.

“Like my literary inspirations, I hope to reach people on a new level – people from all walks of life, arousing their inner-most feelings, to see change in their lives,” Souza says.

Written from a realistic outlook, Reflections Through an Hourglass developed from Souza’s years of performing personal poems, tributes and speeches. After continual encouragement and suggestions from her friends and family, she was moved to publish her pieces into a book. Souza says she intends to portray a sense of hope, enlightenment and motivation to help readers overcome challenges.
