Company Out Thousands Due to Stolen Equipment

OMAHA (KPTM)-  Thieves stole thousands of dollars in equipment from an area business. Thanks to security cameras workers at Technical Solutions might get their tools back. But the company is struggling to get by in the meantime.

Workers said a trailer with $60 thousand in equipment was recently taken. They believe someone planned the burglary ahead of time.

The trailer was supposed to be on its way to Sioux City Wednesday. But with or without their equipment, they still have to do business. They were working on a broadcast tower near Gretna Wednesday.

 "Right now we're playing it by ear. If somebody takes all if your stuff you have to continue on working. You still have customers. Customers still like to be taken care of," Joe Francis said.

 The company bought new equipment and has switched around employee schedules.
