Police Investigate Shooting in South Omaha

OMAHA (KPTM) - The Omaha Police Department say a man who had been shot walked into its Southeast Precinct Monday.

Police say the man told them he went to a house at 21st and Q Street at about 11am to pick up property. He says someone put a gun to his head and forced him to the basement.

He says he got into a fight, and tried to grab the gun, which went off. One shot grazed him in the head.

He was let go and he went to the police station for help. Officers went to the house and pulled three people out. They were taken in for questioning.

The man was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

No one has been arrested, the investigation is ongoing.
