UPDATE: Omaha Police have identified the victims in Tuesday's shooting near 45th and Bedford as 20-year-old Marvin Monroe and 24-year-old Vaughan Byars.
The two men were shot in a car to car drive by.
Omaha police say Monroe and Byars were trying to drive themselves to the hospital when they found a police officer, who called for medical transport.
One man went to the hospital in critical condition, the other with minor injuries.
FOX 42 was there as the victims were put into ambulances and taken to the hospital.
