Bellevue Police are asking for help identifying a man they say punched a store clerk twice outside of a Tobacco Hut near 40th and Harrison Wednesday night.
They say the man had been at the store earlier and caused a disturbance and made violent threats. He was also refused service because of his intoxication.
When he came back, the store clerk stepped outside to take down his license plate number. He punched her twice before she could write down the information.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Bellevue Police Department at 402-293-3100.
