DODGE COUNTY (KPTM)- People in a small town just outside Fremont have had barely any time to prepare for tonight's weather. That's after the big storm that already hit.

It wasn't an alarm clock that woke up mike McGinn Tuesday morning.

"Four O'clock this morning a big storm came through-big wind. A tornado I think."

The National Weather Service says it was straight line winds. That flattened his families shed.

"We have debris a quarter of a mile that way."

McGinn said winds were so strong, they broke the frame of his shed, and moved it twenty feet back."

"I don't know how we're going to get it out. My new trucks in there, I don't know how we're going to get it off it. Not a scratch on it."

21 train cars were blown off the track and power lines were knocked down.

"We heard our roof take off."

Joe Jenoucek's roof is floating in the Platte River.

"It looks like the city dump."

His neighbor's trailer was picked up and folded like a piece of paper. All while his neighbor and girlfriend were still inside.

"Jim got out of his place somehow and come up and knocked on the door. That's how we first knew his place was blown to smithereens."

Straight line winds can exceed 100 miles per hour according to the National Weather Service.

"It blew so hard, if it wasn't a tornado, I don't know what the hell it was."

"I told Jim, you must have said your prayers last night."

Had he not he believes those winds could have taken him, not just his home. One woman was injured in the storm. She is in the hospital with cracked ribs and a collapsed lung.
