OMAHA (KPTM) – Every year the College World Series brings hundreds of thousands of fans. This also means fans that are willing to open up the pocket book and spend money. But one shop in downtown Omaha says they lose ‘normal' business during the College World Series. So, Greenstreet Cycles packed up its bikes and moved to a temporary shop on 24th and Harney.

Wednesday was the first day the bike shop was open at the ‘new' location. Jolene Holland tells Fox 42 News they made the decision to move because it was difficult for the stores costumers to park during the CWS.

"It is a little bit crazy and so trying to keep businesses as normal isn't possible," she said.

Greenstreet Cycles is renting the shop on 13th and Mike Fa hey to Wilson Sporting Good s and DeMarini. Both are baseball retailers and Holland says is a better fit for the CWS.

Greenstreets Cycles will be open at the temporary location through June 26th. They will reopen at July 1st.
