LINCOLN (KPTM)- After practice on Thursday, Huskers Head Coach Bo Pelini said he is glad to finally see a healthy team on the field.

"Our health is getting better. Right now pretty much everybody has been practicing with the exception of Taylor (Martinez). He's out for the game," said Pelini.

So enter Tommy Armstrong, Jr, who will start at quarterback against the Georgia Bulldogs in the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, FL on New Year's Day.

Pelini thinks his team can be more mobile knowing who will get the start.

"Going in to the bowl game, I think we have a chance to be more mobile and shape things towards what Tommy does and also what Ronnie (Kellogg, Jr,) can do well," said Pelini.

The Huskers will leave on December 26th for Jacksonville and return to Lincoln on the night of the game, January 1.
