Steven M. Lathrop was born and raised in Omaha and graduated from Roncalli High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1979 and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University in 1981. He was admitted to the Nebraska State and Federal Courts in 1981. His practice is limited to the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Product Liability and Workers' Compensation. Mr. Lathrop is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has been a board member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys since 1988 and was President of that organization in 2000. He also served as Chair of the Nebraska Legislature Committee for the 1988 term.
